In this post my Great-Grandpa Joseph Podrasky wrote from Chicago to his oldest daughter Mary asking how baby was. The baby referred is his youngest daughter, who is my Grandma (Ameila “Babe”) at 2 1/2 years old. This postcard reveals that in 1922 the Podrasky family spent summers in Lyndon Station.
Bob — Was that property up around Baraboo/the former Badger Army Ammo plant possibly owned by the same family of relatives in Lyndon Station? I think you told me that those relatives were from Racine, though…

John. These relatives were from Lyndon Station. Racine is only where I grew up. No true ancestor origins from there.
