Paternal side
1. Rettammel family: came from Pomerania, Germany (Prussia) to America in early 1860s. Settled in Chicago, Illinois and stayed there 33 years until about 1898, moved to Juneau County, Wisconsin. Eventually to lower part of County in Lyndon Station WI in 1908.
2. Wendland family: came from Germany to America in about 1881. Settled in Juneau County in area of Lyndon Station WI.
Maternal Side
3. Maas family: came from Wurttemberg in South West Germany in 1870. They settled in the Lake Geneva, WI in Walworth County.
4. Podrasky family: came from Bohemia in Czechoslovakia. The approximate time of arrival in America is in the 1860s. The family settled in Blue Island, Illinois area and in Chicago. Eventually they moved to Lyndon Station, WI in the 1920s.
