Tonight the first International Germanic Genealogy Conference kicked off in St. Paul, Minnesota with a Biergarten at the Germanic American Institute (GIA). Wonderful night, food and beer. The institute’s location is in an area of Victorian homes. 

Met two people I know from the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG). One came from Australia, he is a presenter at Conference.
